Accounts with no login activity or transactions for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as "Inactive Accounts." If the balance is insufficient, no additional charges will apply, but the account may be closed.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. All pending bets must be settled and all bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure. Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Account closure is permanent and irreversible. Reopening a closed account requires written approval from management.

Upon termination, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, Bonus Balance will be forfeited, and Real Money Balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or charges, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
